As all of the pieces are vintage and second hand and mostly menswear at the beginning, the sizes will depend on the material I choose to make the creation. The Item sizes are standard sizes. You will find a "best fit" for every piece. I try to give the most accurate measurements in centimeters of each piece on the description below the pictures. Made-to-measure items are neither refundable nor exchangeable!

The customer has a period of fourteen days from the day the Customer takes physical possession of the product, to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

Please note that Walking Pieces is a very young and small business, which has limited capacity to take back items. Most of the pieces are made from very fragile materials and vintage items. These items will likely have imperfections due to their pre loved wear. The colors of items may vary from the product image. The imperfections of an upcycled piece are part of the character and beauty of the piece - embrace it, it´s one of a kind. ​

I do not make any of the products from scratch. All of the products come from a curated selection of Vintage and Second Hand existing pieces I choose for a later transformation into the final product I sell. I use mostly men clothing reworked into womenswear.

As for materials, I reuse everything I am able to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize waste. I also try to limit the use of packaging as much as possible. You will receive your item in a cardboard box. Inside the cardboard box all elements are recycled: your item, the thank you card & tag and the tissue paper to protect your garments during the shipping.

Each piece will be carefully cleaned before beginning the creation. The type of cleaning (hand washing, dry cleaning) depends on the material. You will find the washing introductions of each piece on the description below the pictures. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

I do not have a physical store. I work alone from my studio in Germany; which is also my home. From inspiration to sketching, searching the garments, cleaning them carefully, making the pattern and sewing - I have the honor to be solely responsible for every step of the creation.

Please note that Walking Pieces creates limited unique items from limited materials. These can sell out quickly. Each piece is made by hand from limited material and cannot be reproduced in exactly the same way. You don`t only buy a piece of garment - you buy a story. Each piece has it`s own story. To create new pieces means to search for new stories. That kind of creating take it`s time. thank you for your patient.

Da alle Teile aus Vintage, Second Hand und hauptsächlich Herrenmode angefertigt werden, hängen die Größen von dem Material ab, das ich für die Kreation wähle. Die Artikelgrößen sind Standardgrößen. Für jedes Piece wird in der Artikelbeschreibung ein "best fit" angegeben. Ich versuche, die genauesten Maße in Zentimetern anzugeben. Ich mache keines der Produkte von Grund auf neu. Alle Produkte stammen aus einer Auswahl bestehender Vintage- und Second Hand-Stücke, die ich für eine spätere Umwandlung in das von mir verkaufte Endprodukt auswähle. Ich verwende hauptsächlich Herrenbekleidung, die zu Damenbekleidung umgearbeitet wird.

Was die Materialien angeht, verwende ich alles wieder, was mir möglich ist, um unseren CO2-Fußabdruck zu reduzieren und den Abfall zu minimieren. Ich versuche auch, die Verwendung von Verpackungen so weit wie möglich einzuschränken. Du erhälst deine Bestellung in einem Karton. Innerhalb des Kartons werden alle Elemente recycelt: dein Artikel, die Dankeskarte, das Etikett und das Seidenpapier zum Schutz deiner Kleidungsstücke während des Versands.

Jedes Kleidungsstück wird vor Beginn der Kreation sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Art der Reinigung (Handwäsche, chemische Reinigung) ist materialabhängig. Ich habe kein physisches Geschäft. Ich arbeite alleine von meinem Studio in Deutschland aus; das auch mein Zuhause ist. Von der Inspiration über das Skizzieren, das Suchen der Kleidungsstücke, das sorgfältige Reinigen, das Anfertigen des Schnitts und das Nähen - ich habe das Vergnügen, für jeden Schritt der Kreation allein verantwortlich zu sein.

Bitte beachte, dass Walking Pieces limitierte Unikate kreiert. Diese können schnell asuverkauft sein, da jede Kreation von Hand, aus begrenztem Material hergestellt wird. Du kaufst nicht nur ein Kleidungsstück - sondern eine Story. Jede Kreation hat seine eigene Story. Neue Kreationen zu schaffen bedeutet, nach neuen Stories zu suchen. Diese Art des Schaffens braucht seine Zeit. Bitte habe daher ein wenig Geduld.
